Mike has extensive experience in tooling, design and processing

Don has over 30 years experience in the aluminum, aerospace,
military and automotive industries holding various positions in
Industrial Engineering, Quality Management and General

standards and chemical and mechanical requirements of aluminum
extrusions.

Conley
Anna comes to us from L & S Tools, Inc. where she served as
Office Manager. She has extensive experience in
accounting, bookkeeping and general office responsibilities.

Steve Johnson
Steve was promoted out of our Quality Department and knows our
customers' requirements very well. His ability to know the
customer's product and requirements are an asset when it comes
to scheduling and expediting customer orders and getting them
produced and shipped in a timely manner.

Die Shop Manager: |
Tony
Allen
Tony has over 25 years of experience in die repair and extrusion
processing. His ability to study and redesign dies has
enhanced our extrusion process to be more efficient thus
increasing production output. Tony's sole responsibility
is in the die shop assuring that our tooling meets the highest
quality standards possible. He is ready to assist
customers in dealing with die designs and extrusion processing
problems.

Extrusion Dept. Supervisor: |
James Dossett
James has been with the company and has worked in the extrusion
department since Iowa Aluminum, Inc. began business. He
experience in the extrusion department as a lead person and
foreman has allowed us to promote him to the position of
extrusion department supervisor, responsible for all extrusion
department activities. Our customers can trust that his
understanding of the extrusion process will assure that their
product will be produced with quality in mind.

Maintenance Manager: |
Mark
DeLoof
Mark also has over 25 years of experience in equipment
maintenance to include, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic
servicing and repairs. Since Mark joined the organization
unnecessary down-time has virtually been eliminated due to his
success in properly maintaining and servicing our equipment.
His extensive knowledge in extrusion presses and processes has
been a tremendous asset to Iowa Aluminum, Inc.

Shipping Manager: |
Russell Broten
Russell is responsible for making sure that your product is
packed properly and shipped in the most efficient method
possible to assure that your product arrives at its destination
on time with quality in mind. Russell has experience in
dealing with common carriers and/or the Iowa Aluminum, Inc.
fleet, allowing you, our customer, the confidence of knowing
that your product is in good hands from our dock to your dock.

Stacy McCarl
Stacy recently settled in Albia, relocating from Ft. Madison,
IA. She has over 10 years of experience in customer
service, quoting of materials, purchasing, shipping and all
other aspects related to dealing with serving the customer.
Stacy understands the importance of quality and the respect that
our customers deserve. Her duties include expediting
in-house and outside processing orders.
